Repair or reproduce almost any plastic part quickly and easily.

Repairs Using Plastex with Fibre Reinforcement Cloth
Place reinforcement cloth onto cellophane sheet.

Sprinkle Plastex powder onto cloth as needed.

Apply Plastex liquid as needed to saturate powder.


Place onto repair area and adapt to repair.

Allow Plastex to cure and remove cellophane.

Tip: Use reinforcement cloth on areas that are weak or prone to crack.

Prepare the repair area with a file, reamer, or drill. Apply a thin coat of spray lubricant aor light oil to the scrwe threads. Apply PLASTEX to the screw threads as needed, and place the coated screw into the stripped area and allow the PLASTEX t ocure. Then remove the screw and the repair is done.

1. Put the moulding bar into hot water

2. After the bar becomes soft, which also means hot, pick it out of the hot water and carefully wipe the water off.

3. Form the material into a similar shape to the area to be repaired or reproduced.

4. Form the material around the tab or another part of the same shape as the one to be repaired.

 Basic Application - Needle Method

Fill the pipette

Pour some of the Plastex powder into the working container

1.    Slightly squeeze the applicator and place one or two drops of Plastex liquid onto the Plastex powder.

2.    Quickly pick up the sphere with needle and position it above the repair area.

3.    Slightly squeeze the applicator again to drop the sphere onto the repair area.

 Replacing Missing Tabs


1.Press hot moulding bar over identical tab to form a mould.

2. Place mould under missing tab and fill with Plastex.

3. Remove mould material after Plastex is completely hardened.

Repairing Cracks


1. Grind V-groove along crack.

2. Fill the V-groove with Plastex by using the needle method.

3. Fill V-groove and allow to cure.
